When you book a reserved time slot with one of our support reps, you are going to get help with the following

We are to help you and assist in any way that we can, when your tuner is gone for the day.

Select the product that you need help with below and once you pay you will be sent after hours support information! THIS MUST BE BOOKED ATLEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

You are purchasing a time slot where you will be 1 on 1 with a support rep, this is billed hourly using estimated time determined by which product you need assistance with. 

1 Hour 

• EFI Live Related Support
• EZ Lynk Related Support
• Black Box Tune Loading/Reading
• HPTuners Tune Flashing/Reading/Datalogging

2 Hours

• 2022 Ford ECM Swap
• L5P/L5D ECM Swap
• HPTuners Unlock Cable Install and Tune Reading/Loading

Upon purchasing you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a google form. This form must be filled out or we will not be able to contact you.

We cannot edit, link, unlink, or change anything about your file(s). If for some reason you need to get back with your tuner once we first get connected. We will re-schedule for a new appointment!
